ArtToday TV is a collaboration between two lifelong friends Lon Levin and Gregg Masters who pursued different career paths. One in the arts, the other in the volatile world of healthcare administration and managed healthcare

Lon's artistic career spans 30+ years in the entertainment industry as art director, creative director and illustrator for the likes of 20th Century Fox, Warner Brothers, and Saban Entertainment (Power Rangers and Teenage Ninja Mutant Turtles). Projects Lon brought to the market nameplated movies such as 'Romancing the Stone', 'The Star Wars Trilogy' and 'Revenge of the Nerds' to name a few.

In addition to Lon's commercial successes, he's gained international recognition for his whimsical, imaginative children’s art, and most recently the embrace of AI ("augmented' not 'artificial" intelligence) as an important tool in the artist's arsenal of creativity. Since 2004, his work has appeared in books, magazines and gallery showings. He has won many awards over the length of his career as an art director, creative director and illustrator. A native of Los Angeles, Lon completed two Bachelors of Arts degrees via UCLA, and Art Center.

Gregg Masters is a credentialed public health professional with 3+ decades in hospital and health services administration launching innovative programs and managed care joint ventures with nameplated health systems both in the non-profit and for-profit operator space at the system, corporate or individual operating unit, including Texas Health Resources. HealthTrust a Hospital Corporate of America spinoff now merged with American Medical International (AMI) into Tenet Health and Preferred Health Network.

Gregg earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley in psychology and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the UCLA School of Public Health.

In 2013 Gregg co-founded the Health Innovation Broadcast Consortium (HIBC) with three other partners including two crowd sourcing platforms Medstartr, HealthTech Hatch and Open Affairs TV. Due to changing priorities and market conditions, Gregg later rebranded HIBC to Health Innovation Media upon dissolution of the joint venture (JV) as its founder and managing director.
